Eve's background is deeply rooted in the tools, processes and models of quality as well as project management, change management, process design, coaching and curriculum design. Eve began her professional career in the healthcare sector in 1983 as an Industrial Engineer and internal / external consultant for Park Ridge Health System (Unity Health System) in Rochester, NY. She brings passion and results to her client base, coaching sessions and training's / workshops. Eve holds a BSIE (BS in Industrial Engineering) from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) located in Rochester, NY. Over the years she has had professional affiliations with the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE), ASQ, ASTD, AQP, CoachVille and PMI.

Eve's coaching clients cover a wide range - from executive level to the staff person who is looking to move into a management position. Her goal in coaching is to inspire the growth of each client to become the best that they can be professionally and personally.

Eve is a published author of numerous articles and a contributing author to the following books "Quality Care: Prescriptions for Injecting Quality into Healthcare Systems", "50 Activities for Promoting Ethics in the Organization" and "Jan's Rainbow" and the upcoming book "The Spirit of a Woman". A transplant to upstate New York from Pittsburgh, PA, Eve lives in a suburb of Rochester called Pittsford. In her past time she has been an accomplished equestrian who rode and trained her late horse Mr. B to national champion status in dressage with the American Horse Show Association and has been ranked third in the nation as an adult amateur. Astronomy, photography, music, writing and art round out her background and passions.
